We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.”

Returns & Refunds

Returns on unopened items are refunded at 100%. Open items incur a 20% stocking fee from the refund. Installed or damaged items are not returnable.

Libaility

Liability Release and Disclaimer By purchasing, installing, or using the OODA Motorsports Intake Reliability Upgrade Kit (“the Product”), you (“the Purchaser” or “User”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:    Assumption of Risk    Motorsports and high-performance driving involve inherent risks, including but not limited to mechanical failure, personal injury, and property damage. The User acknowledges these risks and voluntarily assumes all responsibility for any outcomes resulting from the installation or use of the Product. 

Intended Use

This Product is designed as a reliability enhancement for the Porsche 997 GT3 and GT3 RS intake manifold. It is intended for use in vehicles operated under both street and track conditions, but may not be street legal in all jurisdictions. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. 

No Warranty or Guarantee

The Product is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While the Product has been engineered and tested to high standards, OODA Motorsports makes no guarantees regarding performance, longevity, or compatibility with other aftermarket components.   

Release of Liability   

The User agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless OODA Motorsports, its founders, affiliates, agents, and distributors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the use, misuse, installation, or failure of the Product, including but not limited to engine damage, driveability issues, or vehicle downtime.   

Installation Responsibility 

The Product must be installed by a qualified technician. Improper installation may result in performance issues or damage. The User bears full responsibility for installation and any consequences arising therefrom. 

Modification and Void of Liability

Any modification to the Product or its installation in vehicles outside the intended application voids any and all liability protections afforded herein.

By installing or using the Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Product and return it in unused condition for a refund (if eligible under the return policy).
